This blog is all about poor customer service. If you have a poor customer service story, I want to hear it. I want to post it here and name and shame the people who you talked to.
I don't care if you name and shame some poor person in a call center, because if they had any guts they could stand up and say I will not work for a company that does not wish to provide good customer service.

Banks and what they tell you....
Just a little note, Banks will tell you one thing, and then do another, we all know this, but my problem is why don't we do something about it?
