ARC System owe me £1250 + VAT

THE VAT THEY HAVE COLLECTED so that is fraud, the money they are not paying!

My experience in Business

So, go out start your own business, this is what you get from barclays bank. Nothing....

I have asked via the phone for my "security code" to be sent to me so that I can use their phone banking, as they will not verify me any other way, and that is something I like, but nothing in the post.

I have been into the Bank, asked, waited, then been told that it would be sent to me, and nothing.

Where else do you go?

Barclays Business banking is just horrid, my experience has been nothing but, lack of service, everytime I have tried to contact my "business manager" (Granted only a couple of times) I have left a message, because no one is there at the number they gave me, and nothing back.

In other words whats the point.

My accountant seems to have completely messed me around as I owe almost 3K in VAT, and he has sent me a letter and a Bill, for someone else to do the math, telling me I owe alot less than that.

So, thats it, since I know no one of any importance will be reading this, I am going to shut up shop, just over a year, but thats it for me, and try and find a job.

In the UK its pointless, they don't do service, and if you want to work for something, they are just going to laugh at you.

To follow up on that Shit insurance company

Right, so they took the car without my permission, and now when it is returned I find that the Road TAX has been claimed, they left a copy of the paper work, it is clearly not my signature.

The contents of the car has been stolen.

provident insurance is the worst fucking insurance company ever and if you use them they will fuck you over, they really don't care.

Insurance Company NOT to use

Provident Insurance - I unfortunately had care insurance with them and during the bad weather I had an accident.

I called them the next day, and I have had nothing back, so I complained and I got 1 email, then no reply nothing. I think they are going to try and hold on to the insurance claim until my insurance expires which is in Feb.

I have made a data protection act request for all information etc and they asked for £10, I said sure in my reply to which they have ignored. They don't even want to respond to my reply of sure, I want everything I will pay for it.

NEVER EVER EVER USE Provident Insurance

I paid for fully Comp, they did not provide me with a courtesy car, they woman on the phone said, even though I paid for the service, they are not going to provide me with one, that was it. No.

Banks and what they tell you....

Just a little note, Banks will tell you one thing, and then do another, we all know this, but my problem is why don't we do something about it?

Nation Wide

I just thought I would tell you a little story, I have used Nationwide online banking  for years, but when it comes to service it is like pulling your hair out.

I cancelled a Direct debit at least 6 times, and 6 times nothing happened until I had to send them a message telling them that I would have to go to my lawyer.

Another little story, I was once told by a nationwide phone bod that they are not a bank and thus do not have to provide the same service so I should go some place else, it is not their problem.

Gotta love the English, they just don't do service!

Here is a good list

http://www.customerservicemanager.com/poor-customer-service-examples.htm

Poor customer service examples:

1. Reaching a checkout in the supermarket and the cashier refusing to serve you as he is "just closing the aisle".

2. Phoning a call center and getting lost in an endless loop of voicemail recordings.

3. Having to invest your own money to use a supermarket trolley (to go and BUY things from them!)

4. Being treated like a criminal at airport security.

5. Not getting batteries with your recent gadget purchase.

6. Slow replies to support request emails when you've just purchased a product online.

7. Waiting more than 30 minutes for something to eat in a restaurant.

8. Calling up a call center and being unable to speak with a human being.

9. Having to wait in all day because the online shop you purchased from is unable to tell you when they will deliver.

10. Telephone companies charging extra if you want to pay your bill in cash.

I saw this list and site and thought I would let people know about it.
